Rumors from the Ass Past Rumors (10/14/2000): tariq abdul-wahad will me changing his address, again. since last off-season, he has been a king, a magic, now he's a nugget and will soon be a celtic. the nuggets like abdul-wahad but they don't like his price tag. they also have a young 'un in james posey who they really like and would like to give more minutes. a possible team for abdul-wahad is the celtics. they've had their eyes on him for a while. the deal could be abdul-wahad and keon 'neon' clark (who has still to get his novo-esque frame to a gym) for vitally potopenko, whom the celtics are trying to unload. seems as if scottie pippen is sitting out some practices and even some pre-season games. he says he's taking some 'sick days'. i say, he's just damned lazy and out of shape and doesn't want to show it. here's how shaq's new contract will work out: ed |
